Liz Carey: Hello again ...

So today I rediscovered my blog and found I hadn't written anything since the beginning of April, now being the first week of January I decided to give the blogging community a go again. so since last April whats been happening......a lot....
First off I've had a beautiful little boy, I found out I was pregnant at the end of April, and gave birth on the 11th of December. Here's a couple of pictures.

So that's obviously the biggest news. Last year we moved twice (we being myself and Pete) first in May to a little one bedroom in Boscombe, and then again in November to a much nicer 2 bedroom flat in Southbourne.

Christmas this year happened very quickly, Jacob was due on Christmas eve, but i got induced two weeks early, so we were more focused on him then Christmas. It was very strange waking up on Christmas day not living with my parents, but with my boyfriend and son, but it was lovely all the same.

We had a really lovely new year celebration too, Pete's mum very kindly babysat J for the night, whilst we went to a friends, my first night drinking alcohol in 9 months. So obviously I got quite (VERY) drunk, and had a very sore head the next morning.

Now Pete's gone back to work after his paternity time off, so J and I have the days together now, which are spent mostly sleeping, but hopefully his sleep patterns will improve.

Anyway I feel like I've written enough for this post, I've had a really good year, and cant wait for this year. here's a few pictures of 2012's highlights....
