I'm going to start this post by saying how much I love harry potter, I think it's the most incredible thing, so what better way to start my birthday weekend than by going to the Warner bros studios where they have all the sets/props and costumes.
It was so amazing, we started off in the great hall which was huge. There are tables laid out, and so much detail has gone into everything that you just don't notice in the films!
Next you got to go round the rest by yourself and take your time looking at everything, there was so much to take in, If your a harry potter fan I so recommend going!
Here's a few pictures of some of the sets that are there.
The leaky cauldron (they make it look like the hallway goes on for ages when infact it's close just very tiny!)
There was so much too look at that they have a refreshments half way round where you can try a butterbeer for yourself. DELISH! It was like a butterscotch/gingerbread sweet goodness drink!
Outside they also had more sets like privet drive, Harry's parents house, and the knight bus- and other cars.
After spending time outside you then go into another huge building which in this has more props and the creatures that were made for the films, as well as walking through diagon alley (which was pretty cool!)
And last but not least a huge model of hog warts!
Such an amazing day and I loved every minute of it, so cool to be able to step inside harry potter, something I've grown up with.
Hope you enjoyed hearing about it,
lots of love
